1. Prioritize Self-Care

Self-care is essential for maintaining both physical and mental health. Teachers often put their students’ needs first, but it’s crucial to carve out time for themselves. Regular exercise, healthy eating, adequate sleep, and hobbies can help rejuvenate the body and mind. 2. Set Boundaries

Setting boundaries is vital to avoid overextending oneself. Teachers can set limits on how much time they spend on work outside of school hours.
