We live in a time where almost everything is virtual. Most people pay for convenience and quality of service. While all of the above is true, the company’s concerns are the latter. They are more focused on cost and production rather than providing good quality service to all of their stakeholders. Nothing in this world rocks my soul like terrible customer service.
